When is shooting quasar dragon being released

The way the wikia has an english picture up for it makes me believe that it's already out but I've not been able to find it anywhere.

If it's not released yet, then how did the wikia get the english picture? Can anyone please tell me when it's coming out? It's a Shonen Jump promotional card, released only in the US. No idea when it'll be released to other countries.

So it definately hasn't been released yet? In other English-speaking countries or in countries like Germany and France, no. In the US, I think it's released, though since it's a promotional card, it's probably less frequent than if it were a booster card.

They didn't release it yet, after october then they'll release it as a subscription promotional card. US only. Does anyone know if it will be included in the magazine or if it will be givin only to people with a subscription? I know that quasar dragon will be released somewhere in november. I also know that this top card of will be a promtional card in a shoonen jump magazine.
